PJSC Power machines has changed its corporate name to JSC Power machines - ZTL, LMZ, Electrosila, Energomachexport (JSC Power machines), the company informed.
In connection with the renaming, the company's seals, stamps, and letterhead will be changed. The other details, including the primary state registration number (OGRN), the tax number (INN), the tax registration reason code (KPP), the registered seat and bank details will not change.
All letters of attorney, agreements and other documents previously issued (or signed) by PJSC Power machines for its representatives shall remain in force until the end of the terms specified in them respectively.
