"PRODO Tyumen Broiler" has passed certification for the supply of products to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Tyumen poultry farm of the PRODO Group was entered by the Rosselkhoznadzor into the federal register of exporters in the Cerberus system as a supplier to the countries of the Customs Union: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. This is stated in the company's message.
Preparation for the audit by Rosselkhoznadzor specialists lasted about seven months. It included an inspection of the work of the slaughter and processing complex, production sites and even the territory of the enterprise. In addition to the current state of the poultry farm, the analysis of hazardous factors, the study of the HACCP plan, statistical data on the company's activities over the past three years were analyzed. All production processes were found to comply with the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The first deliveries of Tyumen Broiler products to Kazakhstan and Belarus are scheduled for the second half of 2023. It is planned to ship offal of broiler chickens and chicken carcass cutting products for export. The estimated volume of deliveries is more than 100 tons per month.
In addition to the Tyumen Region, today the poultry farm's products are supplied to the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Omsk Regions, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and KhMAO-Yugra, as well as to Bashkortostan and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). After mastering the markets of the Customs Union, PRODO Tyumen Broiler plans to start deliveries to China.
