The State Duma supported the proposals of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation on the issue of increasing the tax rate for gold mining with the introduction of a tax on excess income and the transition from one-time fees to systemic taxation. This was stated by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, according to the website of the lower house of parliament.
In addition, V. Volodin considers it advisable to discuss the proposal of the Accounting Chamber to increase the list of products that do not fall under the preferential VAT rate of 10%.
The list may include oysters and other similar delicacies. "We proposed this earlier. It is necessary to make a decision, this is not baby food," the chairman of the State Duma reminded.
