The former deputy head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Chechnya became the owner of the former assets of Danone. Ruslan Alisultanov became the 100% owner of Unimilk (formerly Vamin-Tatarstan), Health&Nutrition confirmed to Vedomosti. The company combines the former assets of Danone in Russia.
R.Alisultanov is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Health&Nutrition. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Chechnya and was vice Mayor of Grozny.
Recall that Danone has completed the sale of the Russian business.
Danone is a French food company producing dairy products and other food products. The headquarters is located in Paris (France). JSC Danone Russia was renamed JSC H&N (H&N, Health&Nutrioin) on September 20, 2023.
