Revenue of Anthropic PBC increased by 50% to $16.8 billion in the third quarter of 2026. This is reported in the press release of Anthropic.

The main driver of the growth of Anthropic was the expansion of the use of the Claude platform by corporate clients with annual expenses of over $10 million, the number of which increased to 250.

Despite the revenue growth, the net loss of Anthropic was $23.3 billion, taking into account a sharp increase in operating expenses by 292% to $17.5 billion year-on-year due to significant computing costs for the development and deployment of AI models.

On October 26, Anthropic filed for an IPO and intends to reach or exceed the $86.2 billion that SpaceX raised through a stock offering. The application specifies large-scale infrastructure commitments in the amount of $895 billion, which are planned to be used for computing power and the creation of partnerships with data centers. At the same time, $447.5 billion of this amount should be spent by 2030.

Investors estimate the market value of Anthropic as part of the IPO at $1.5 trillion or $1.75 trillion. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley are acting as organizers of the IPO of Anthropic with the participation of 20 other banks on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

Anthropic is an American AI technology company founded by former OpenAI employees. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The company specializes in the development of general AI systems and language models, adhering to a responsible approach to the creation and use of AI.
