Rosatom has completed the procedure for the purchase of Sergey Shishkarev's share in the Delo group of companies. This is stated in the message of Rosatom.
From this moment on, Rosatom begins the final consolidation of all Rosatom's logistics assets, which will result in the creation of the largest national logistics company, said Alexey Likhachev, CEO of the state corporation, quoted in the message.
According to him, consolidation of assets will eliminate duplication of investments, which will allow saving up to 100 billion rubles in the next 10 years.
Rosatom owned 49%, S.Shishkarev — 51%.
Delo Group of Companies is a Russian transport and logistics holding company founded in 1993. The group's companies provide cargo delivery at all stages of the multimodal transport chain, both in domestic and international traffic. The group consists of 7 marine and 46 land terminals. The total capacity of the sea terminals is 3.5 million TEU and 10.5 million tons of grain per year, and the land terminals are 3.6 million TEU per year. The Group operates a fleet of 40,000 fitting platforms and containers with a total capacity of 220,000 TEU, as well as its own fleet.
