In the second half of November 2025, Ruskhimalliance LLC will conduct an individual test of a flare unit at a gas processing complex under construction as part of an ethane-containing gas processing complex in the Ust-Luga settlement (KPEGC). This is stated in the message of the company.
Flare installation is a mandatory equipment of any gas processing enterprise in accordance with federal legislation in the field of industrial safety, as well as the relevant norms and regulations of Rostechnadzor.
As part of the planned test, Ruskhimalliance specialists will check the equipment's operability and work out various flare burning scenarios to confirm the reliability and readiness of the system for further operation. Gorenje
In total, three flare zones will be built at the KPEGC.
Ruskhimalliance LLC is a special—purpose company operating an ethane-containing gas processing and liquefied natural gas (LNG) production complex in the Ust-Luga settlement area (Kingisepp District, Leningrad Region).
The company was established by Gazprom PJSC and RGD JSC (RusGazDobycha) on equal terms.
