The manufacturer of Xiaomi and TCL TVs, Kvant LLC, may sell assets to Sberbank, Yandex and NexTouch. This is reported by Kommersant.
The transaction amount may amount to 3 billion rubles. excluding debts, which are estimated at about 5 billion rubles.
According to a NexTouch representative, negotiations are currently underway with all of Kvant's creditors, as well as an assessment of the cost of the equipment.
According to SPARK-Interfax, which is referred to by Kommersant, a bankruptcy case was filed against Kvant LLC in July. 62% belong to Kvant-Service LLC, 38% belong to CEO Mikhail Etonov.
