The total amount of financing amounted to 35 billion rubles. with the amount of Sovcombank's participation — 10 billion rubles. The loan is granted for a period of 5 years. 9 banks became participants of the syndicate, which indicates the high credit quality of the borrower and significant interest in this transaction in the market. The legal support of the transaction was provided by Asari Legal.
Sovcombank PJSC is a universal bank with assets of 1.6 trillion rubles under IFRS. It is included in the list of systemically important credit organizations (NWCO) of the Bank of Russia. The Bank serves 8.3 million individuals, including 7.6 million borrowers and more than 500,000 depositors.
Sovcombank's net profit under IFRS for 2025 amounted to 53.2 billion rubles. Sovcombank's net profit under IFRS for the first half of 2026 amounted to 45.3 billion rubles.
