The Government Commission for Improving the Efficiency of the use of Federal Property and the Development of Territories has approved the transfer to DOM.RF's management 17 hectares of land, as well as buildings and structures with a total area of over 26.1 thousand square meters in 14 Russian regions. This is reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Upon completion of the preparatory procedures, plots, property complexes and buildings intended for the placement or construction of various facilities will be put up for auction.
In particular, the transfer of plots with a total area of 4.8 hectares in Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and the Kirov region, where 20 thousand square meters of housing can be built, was approved.
In addition, the implementation of two projects for the integrated development of territories on land plots previously transferred to investors in the Kaluga region and Buryatia (8.8 hectares) with a total urban development potential of 131 thousand square meters of housing was approved.
1.49 hectares will be transferred to the gratuitous ownership of the municipalities of the Rostov and Saratov regions.
