The manufacturer of biologically active additives (dietary supplements) and medicines VTF became the owner of a 100% stake in LLC "Bionorica Pharmaceuticals", which owns a pharmaceutical plant near Voronezh. The corresponding changes in the composition of the owners took place on November 28, the Vedomosti newspaper writes.
Previously, the company belonged to the German Bionorica, which produces, among other things, synupret, a remedy for the common cold, and kanefron, a drug used for urolithiasis.
Recall that in 2023 it became known that Bionorica pharmaceutical company put up for sale an unfinished plant in Voronezh.
