In continuation of the strategy for digitalization of the forest complex and to enhance management efficiency, a centralized system of methodological and informational support for all participants in forest relations is being formed on the basis of Roslesinforg.
This project will be a logical addition to the function of the FGIS LC operator and will create a single entry point for expert support.
According to Sergey Kondarev, Deputy Director of Roslesinforg, the Center is being created as a unified platform providing access to relevant methodological materials, official explanations and practical recommendations.
"This will make it possible to systematize requests and ensure compliance with uniform standards for working with legislation and digital tools throughout Russia," Sergei Kondarev said at a final meeting in Abakan dedicated to the effectiveness of the execution of forest authorities by the regions of the Siberian Federal District.
A multi-channel platform will be deployed for operational interaction.:
-
Hotline numbers;
-
Dedicated email channels;
-
Specialized feedback forms.
The center's activities will be integrated into Roslesinforg's existing business processes, which guarantees the effective use of expertise and resources.
Expected results:
-
Increasing the efficiency of interagency cooperation by reducing the time needed to search for information.
-
Unification of consultation procedures and application of forest legislation.
-
Creating an effective feedback channel for continuous improvement of digital products (such as FGIS LC) and administrative procedures based on the analysis of real user requests.
The formation of a consulting center is the next step in building a transparent, technological and understandable ecosystem for Russian forest management for all participants.
