The RT-Techpriemka company of Rostec State Corporation has developed a robotic solution for automation of welding processes in production — the MIG/MAG Cybermodule. It allows you to significantly improve product quality, increase productivity and reduce the level of manufacturing defects. The robotic complex was first presented at the international industrial exhibition INNOPROM. Belarus 2025".

The Cybermodule MIG/MAG is a continuation of the Cybermodule line of robotic complexes designed to automate production processes in industrial enterprises. The special feature of its design is the presence of two working areas on the turntable. This solution makes it possible to increase welding productivity by 3-4 times compared to manual operations and reduce the shortage of technical specialists.

The modular architecture provides flexibility in implementation. The complex adapts to the specific technical task of the enterprise. It can be equipped with an industrial or collaborative robot operating under operator control, as well as one or more welding positioners designed to rotate and tilt workpieces during welding.

The robot weighs 700 kg and has a range of up to two meters. It is powered by a 350, 500 or 630 A welding inverter integrated into the complex. The dimensions of the equipment are convenient for use on factory sites, both as part of stand-alone posts and large production lines.

"Robots are becoming a key factor in industrial development today, and demand for them is growing rapidly. RT-Techpriemka, as Rostec's competence center in the field of robotics and automation, is consistently forming a new line of robotic complexes. Solutions for welding, 3D scanning and maintenance of CNC machines have already been created. The MIG/MAG Cyber Module, presented for the first time at the international exhibition in Belarus, has completed this line. In the near future, it is planned to start deliveries to customers, as well as increase the volume of products," said Vladlen Shorin, CEO of RT-Techpriemka.

The introduction of robotic complexes into production is aimed at strengthening the country's technological sovereignty and achieving the national goal of making Russia one of the 25 world leaders in terms of robotics. By 2030, state-owned industrial enterprises need to achieve the target of 230 robots per 10,000 employees.

"INNOPROM. Belarus 2025" takes place from September 29 to October 1 in Minsk with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus. The event has become a key international platform for industrial cooperation, where new technologies are demonstrated and directions for the development of cooperation between enterprises of Russia, Belarus and other countries are being formed.
