Russian Railways will provide discounts on export shipments of meat and coal in special containers.
Thus, from August 1, 2026 until the end of 2027, a 16.7% discount will be applied for export shipments of meat and offal in 40-foot refrigerated containers from Bryansk (Bryansk-Lgovsky station) to Vladivostok. An additional 4.1% discount is provided for the volume of transportation of these products exceeding 2,040 containers.
A 13.2% discount will apply to export shipments of coal in 20-foot open–top containers from Kuzbass (Biryulinskaya station) to Kamyshovaya station (Kamyshovaya - Hunchun border crossing with China) until July 31, 2027.
The company implements a flexible tariff policy to attract additional volumes of freight to rail transport.
