Previously, this structure was on the balance sheet of the state-owned enterprise Management of Civil Engineering (KP UGS; owned by the Moscow City Hall). The main owner of Balchug Estate Evgeny Savosko confirmed the purchase of the company to Kommersant.
Baltschug Development is engaged in the construction of luxury real estate. Among his projects are "Sadovnicheskaya 69" and "House on Bread, 19" in the center of Moscow.
Evgeny Savosko is a native of VTB, in 2015-2018 he headed VTB Project LLC.
Mossitistroy-2 LLC was previously engaged in the development of a feasibility study for investment projects within the framework of the development of 14.75 hectares in the Presnensky district of Moscow. The conditional name of this project is "City-2" because of its proximity to "Moscow City".
