Thus, insurance pensions in 2027 will be indexed twice: from February 1 — by 6.8%, taking into account the inflation rate, and from April 1 by an additional 3.3% according to the projected salary growth rate. The average old-age pension at the end of 2027 will be 29,904 thousand rubles.
The cost of living will rise to 20.227 thousand rubles, the minimum wage will rise to 28.935 thousand rubles.
Federal budget expenditures on the implementation of education and healthcare development programs in 2027 will amount to 3.6 trillion rubles, and in the budget system as a whole will exceed 17 trillion rubles.
More than 19 trillion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of national development goals in 2027-2029.
In addition, the draft budget includes an increase in spending on cancer care: 494.6 billion rubles in 2027 (in 2026 it was 446 billion rubles), 521.4 billion rubles. — in 2028, 550.3 billion rubles. — in 2029.
