The developer Forma (part of PIK Group of Companies) has found several applicants for the Frame Workplace business center under construction next to the Belorussky Railway Station. This was reported to the newspaper Vedomosti by three consultants working with different sides of the negotiations. According to them, among the applicants are the investment companies Central Properties and NTC of the former LUKOIL top manager Valery Subbotin.
If the first investor acquires this asset, he can lease the space in this office to T-bank, two interlocutors of Vedomosti say. Another claims that Central Properties and NTC may eventually agree on joint investments in this complex. A final decision on this issue has not yet been made.
The Frame Workplace, located on Presnensky Val Street, will be put into operation in the second quarter of 2027. In addition to offices on 50 thousand square meters, the complex will also include retail, educational and sports areas.
