Gazprom set a new historical record for daily gas supplies to China via the Power of Siberia on October 16. This is stated in the company's message.
The delivered volume exceeded Gazprom's contractual obligations.
This is the fourth record since the release of supplies via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline to the maximum contractual level on December 1, 2024.
Russian gas supplies are carried out under a long-term gas purchase and Sale Agreement between Gazprom and CNPC.
