This year, this is the sixth "infusion" of the state into the capital of a credit institution. In total, in 2026, the bank increased its authorized capital by 281 billion rubles.
Promsvyazbank, through Rosimushchestvo, is owned by the state and handles large government contracts and state defense orders. The bank ended the first half of 2026 with a negative financial result. The total loss for the first half of the year amounted to 72 billion rubles.
