Rosatom's subsidiary, Atomenergoprom JSC (Atomic Energy Industrial Complex), became the sole direct owner of Progress LLC. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
Progress LLC was registered in 2024 and is engaged in servicing two premium business jets: Bombardier BD-700-1A10 and Gulfstream G450. The book value of these aircraft is 3.2 billion rubles. In the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the main activity of Progress LLC is indicated — transportation by air passenger transport that does not comply with the schedule. However, in 2025, the company's revenue of 80 million rubles was received from leasing one aircraft. The cost of maintaining the company and maintaining two aircraft in 2025 amounted to 860 million rubles. The year ended with a loss of 772 million rubles.
Initially, the company was registered in two legal entities: Kwinder Holdings Limited (50%) and JSC Atomenergoprom (50%). In 2025, Kwinder Holdings Limited already owned 99.999% of the company. On November 5, all shares were transferred to Atomenergoprom JSC.
Kwinder Holdings Limited is registered in Cyprus. In the latest published list of affiliated companies of Atomenergoprom JSC, the company is indicated as belonging to the same group of persons to which Atomenergoprom JSC belongs. In 2020, the Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom JSC authorized the investment of 25.8 million euros offshore through the purchase of an additional share issue.
