The company received a land plot of 1 hectare for rent under the regional program "Land for 1 rub." at the beginning of the year. The volume of investments in the project is about 20 million rubles.
The volume of production of wall and partition blocks made of aerated concrete will be up to 1.5 thousand cubic meters. m per month. The company plans to launch production in 2024. About 20 jobs will also be created.
