MTS Web Service, a subsidiary of MTS PJSC, expands the capabilities of the MWS GPT platform to work with large language models. From November 28, the ultra-large Chinese language models Qwen and Kimi with parameter sizes from 235 billion to 1 trillion will be available on the platform for the first time in Russia. This is stated in the message of MTS.
Such models can be used in various company verticals and in cross-industry scenarios, from document analysis to code generation and report preparation. Ultra-large models are also suitable for tasks where the accuracy of analysis and the quality of decisions are critically important: legal expertise, financial calculations, technical support, working with documents and developing software code.
The level of factual and contextual errors in models of this class is 40-60% lower than in LLMs of a smaller size. The new facilities will allow MWS GPT customers to use advanced AI solutions without the need for significant investments in their own infrastructure.
MWS GPT is a B2B platform that allows you to simultaneously work with different large language models in a single window and, if necessary, switch from one to another. Today, there are more than 50 LLMs available on the platform. MWS GPT supports the further training of open LLMs, the use of function calling (the ability to give the model 4 instructions — for example: "calculate", "plot", "access the database"), as well as the subsequent implementation and launch of solutions on the MWS infrastructure. This approach ensures high stability of services even under significant loads.
MWS GPT includes its own chat interface with the ability to save and share promptings, as well as tools for designing and creating applications without involving developers.
The MWS GPT is based on an agent architecture that allows any model to work as an AI agent. This means that, in addition to the text response, the model can independently select and apply the necessary skills to complete the task.
The service is available both in the cloud (with fast scaling on the MWS GPU infrastructure) and in on-premise format.
PJSC Mobile TeleSystems (MTS, TIN 7740000076), together with its subsidiaries, serves about 100 million cellular subscribers. The authorized capital of MTS is 199.84 million rubles (1998381575 outstanding ordinary registered shares).
MTS' profit for 9 months of 2025 amounted to 16.057 billion rubles against 49.4 billion rubles a year earlier. The profit attributable to the company's shareholders amounted to 13.67 billion rubles against 47.66 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 14% to 584.678 billion rubles from 512.566 billion rubles, and operating profit increased by 5% to 109.529 billion rubles from 104.34 billion rubles.
In March 2025, the AK&M Rating Agency confirmed MTS is the highest rating of sustainable development on the national scale "A++".
In addition, by the end of 2024, MTS is among the leaders of the fifth ranking of responsibility to society and the fifth ranking of the carbon footprint of the largest Russian companies.
