October in SVAO, a member of the October Group, bought out NW Malaya Gruzinskaya 3.6 from KR Plus LLC (owned by Sberbank and Azimut Hotels owner Alexander Klyachin), which is the developer of the Muir and Merilise clubhouse near the Rassvet business district in Stolyarny Lane on Presnya. The deal was closed on December 24, 2025. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
"Muir and Merilise" began to build KR Properties by A.Klyachin on 16.5 thousand square meters in 2023. The project included 98 apartments, a coworking space, a fitness club, a cinema room and a kids' club. It was planned to be commissioned in 2025, but two years earlier, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court seized most of the businessman's assets as part of the Rus-Oil oil company case. The Prosecutor General's Office then considered that the shareholders of the latter (among them was also the former owner of the bank "Yugra" Alexey Khotin) evaded taxes. The total amount of claims amounted to 192.1 billion rubles.
Later, the court recovered KR Properties from A.Klyachin to the state's income. In 2025, he partnered with Sberbank to buy them back. KR Plus and A.Klyachin almost immediately put up part of the acquired assets for sale.
