FGC Group has received a permit for the construction of a plant for the production of aerated concrete blocks as part of a large-scale investment project (MAIP) in Zelenograd. This is stated in the company's message.
The project will be implemented by the Partner Group team, which is part of the structure of the FGC Group. It is expected that the plant will begin its work in October 2024 and will produce up to 400 thousand cubic meters of aerated concrete blocks per year.
The process of implementing this project began after the signing of an agreement between the Federal Grid Company and the Government of Moscow in early 2022. The city has allocated to the developer plots with a total area of about 17 hectares for the construction of an industrial complex, which will include several production facilities of the FGC Group.
The FGC Group of Companies is a production and construction group. The company's facilities are represented in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad, Kaluga regions, Krasnodar and Primorsky Krai. The Group's revenue for 2022 amounted to more than 174 billion rubles.
