Pexco LLC, a North American manufacturer of specialty plastics, has entered into an agreement to acquire Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc. This is reported in a Pexco press release.
The deal is aimed at strengthening Pexco's position in the aerospace and defense industry, medicine and electronics markets, as well as expanding the company's presence on the West Coast through integrated capabilities Precise Aerospace Manufacturing.
Precise Aerospace Manufacturing expects to increase the range of products and services in the complex engineering sector through Pexco technologies.
As a result of the deal, Precise Aerospace will become Pexco's thirteenth manufacturing facility.
Pexco operates several plants for the production of engineered plastic components in North America. The company provides manufacturers and end users with standard and special parts and components for a wide range of non-standard applications, including specialty industries, liquid handling, aerospace, road safety, lighting, fencing and electrical insulation. The headquarters is located in Alpharetta (Georgia).
Precise Aerospace Manufacturing offers a full range of plastic injection molding, pressing, transportation and machining services for the aerospace, defense, medical and electronics industries, as well as for the implementation of complex polymer manufacturing projects from thermosetting and thermoplastic materials. The headquarters is located in Yorba Linda (California).
