Most of the funds under the deal will be invested in the further development of BeringPro's business (Cash In). At the same time, BeringPro will continue to operate under its brand, maintain management, corporate culture, expertise, and portfolio of clients and projects, joining the Softline Group ecosystem in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates.

BeringPro specializes in management and IT consulting, as well as the implementation of solutions for digital transformation and business efficiency improvement.

BeringPro provides services in the field of operational efficiency, corporate IT strategy and architecture, digital transformation with the introduction of business applications, investment and financial management consulting, production management, supply chains and assets of the enterprise, as well as support and development of implemented IT solutions.

BeringPro was previously a member of KPMG's international consulting network. It has been represented in Russia since 2002 under the BearingPoint brand until its rebranding in 2024.

BeringPro's revenue for 2024 amounted to 1.96 billion rubles, an increase of more than 20% compared to the previous year. In the future, due to the synergistic effect of joining the Softline Group ecosystem, BeringPro's revenue is expected to grow at or above historical levels.

Softline Group (PJSC Softline) is a provider of solutions and services in the field of digital transformation and information security, developing a comprehensive portfolio of its own products and services.

The net profit of the Softline group for 2024 according to IFRS, according to the results of the audit, fell to 2.6 billion rubles from 3.08 billion rubles a year earlier. Turnover increased by 32% to RUB 120.6 billion, gross profit — by 57% to RUB 36.9 billion, adjusted EBITDA — by 58% to RUB 7.1 billion.

Softline received 88 million rubles in the first half of 2025. losses under IFRS. A year earlier, the loss was 514 million rubles. The turnover reached 46.1 billion rubles, an increase of 8%. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 3% to 3.5 billion rubles from 3.83 billion rubles.

The number of employees of the group as of June 30, 2025 was 11.1 thousand. The number of highly qualified engineers and developers increased by 13% to 6.1 thousand.
