Smipeh has reached an agreement with the developer Talan to sell him the Injoy business class residential complex on Admiral Makarov Street in northern Moscow. Representatives of both companies told Vedomosti about this. The deal has already been closed. The total financial costs of the buyer for the project, including the purchase of the site, will amount to 102 billion rubles.
The residential complex occupies a plot of 8.9 hectares near the Baltiyskaya metro station. Its living area is 290 thousand square meters, in addition, it is planned to build a social infrastructure and create a landscape park there. The first of three stages of the facility is currently under construction, and the developer expects to put it into operation by 2030.
Injoy will be Talan's first project in Moscow.
The Talan company was founded in 2002 in Izhevsk. Specializes in the construction of residential real estate. Its portfolio includes more than 3.6 million square meters. m and projects in Izhevsk, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Novosibirsk and other cities.
