The meeting of the Supervisory Board of PJSC UTair Airlines is scheduled for October 15. There are four issues on the agenda of the meeting. This is stated in the company's message.
Among other issues, the termination of participation in other organizations will be considered; the issue of reorganization will be submitted for consideration by an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
The UTair Group includes companies engaged in transportation by aircraft and helicopters, maintenance and repair of aviation equipment, airport and ground handling of aircraft, and training of aviation personnel.
The company includes: UTair Passenger Airlines, UTair Helicopter Services, UTair JSC, UTair Engineering, TS Technik, UTair Information Technologies LLC, Personnel Training Center.
