The decision applies to the transportation of grain and leguminous crops from the Siberian Federal District in grain wagons to ports.
Thus, transportation to the ports of the Far East and the Northwest will be carried out at a 20% discount, and to the ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin - at a discount of 11.5%.
This tariff decision is aimed at attracting additional volumes of freight to rail transport and will be valid from March 5 until the end of 2026.
