The neural network gives a short answer to the user's query under the search bar, summarizing information from a suitable source. This helps to save time on searching for information. Thanks to YandexGPT, there will be even more quick responses, and their quality will improve. At the launch stage, they work in a limited testing mode according to the request in the application Yandex with Alice.
To create a quick response, YandexGPT finds several of the most suitable sources on the user's request in real time. Then the neural network makes a brief squeeze of the information of each of them, including if the text needed for the answer is in different parts of the page. After that, YandexGPT selects the most useful answer from the resulting options and shows it along with a link to the source. This is necessary so that users can get additional details on the topic of interest, and platforms — transitions to the site.
YandexGPT, for example, can list the pros and cons of buying an apartment instead of an apartment or the differences between an alligator and a crocodile, suggest the most affectionate breed of cats and answer many other complex queries.
