Anton Pinsky, the founder of Pinskiy&Co holding, bought out part of the share of Arkady Novikov, the main owner of Novikov Group, in the Prime ready-to-eat cafe chain. Kommersant writes about this.

A.Novikov owns 50% of Prime Restaurants Group LLC, which manages 80 Prime eateries in Moscow, and Sergey Gatilov and Valery Konnov each own 25%. In 2024, the company's revenue increased by 8% year-on-year to 2.57 billion rubles, with a net profit of 19.2 million rubles.
Pinskiy&Co mainly develops projects in cooperation with Novikov's restaurant group Novikov Group, in particular, the restaurants "Cheese factory", "Sausage shop", "Magadan" and others. Also A.Pinsky owns, together with Timur Yunusov (singer Timati), the Stars Coffee and DominoPizza coffee chains, based on Starbucks and Domino's, respectively.
