COO "KGA holding LLS" (QGA Holding LLC) became the owner of 25% in LLC "TD "Chernozemye", 99% in LLC "UK "Exoil Group" and 25% in LLC "Chernozemye". Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
The shares were transferred to the Qatari company by the co-founder of the Exoil group, Karen Vanetsyan. Until August 2025, the Qatari offshore company was the owner of Agroinvestor, which was sold to EFKO. In the press, QGA Holding LLC is associated with the Exoil group.
Three days before the change in the composition of the founders, the CEO of Chernozemye LLC was replaced. Mikhail Smirnov, who previously headed the Tolyatti Food Processing Plant, which is part of EFKO, took over the post.
Of the three companies with Qatari capital, the largest is Chernozemye Trading House LLC, with revenue of 44 billion rubles in 2024 and net profit of 442 million rubles.
