Agrico Agroindustrial Group (Agrico Group) has sold its business center of the same name on 9.332 thousand square meters on Varshavskoye Highway in Moscow. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
The new owner of this facility has been the Grand Building company since December 26, 2025. It was established in June 2025 by businessman Andrey Boksha.
A.Boksha is a former partner of a number of Moscow developers.
