The American aerospace company Advanced Manufacturing Company of America (Amca) has completed the acquisition of Payne Magnetics, Inc. This is reported in the Amca press release.

The deal is in line with Amca's strategy to acquire aerospace suppliers to manufacture components that reduce risks in the industry's supply chain.

Earlier, Amca bought out Electrocube in the critical power electronics sector in order to use the company's technology for installation on all Boeing aircraft. The acquisition of Payne Magnetics significantly expands the capabilities of this sector through new protection systems based on power magnetic components, which are crucial for the production of aerospace systems.

Payne Magnetics has long worked on the world's largest commercial platforms, including the 737MAX, and developed the most important programs for the F-16 and F-18 fighter jets.

The acquisition of Payne Magnetics by Amca ensures that the crucial potential for the development of the aerospace and defense industries will not be lost and will allow the development of new product options to support mission-critical platforms in the interests of UAV production and energy.

Amca is an American company that develops and manufactures products for the aerospace and defense industries, including aircraft components (avionics, equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power electronics). The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

Payne Magnetics, Inc. is a manufacturer of magnetic components and high—performance electrical transformers for the aviation, aerospace, defense, and medical industries. The company is headquartered in Covina, California.
