The administrative and warehouse complex in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region, is up for auction. The open auction will be held on April 24. The lot includes three real estate objects with a total area of 3,275 thousand square meters and an area of about 0.6 hectares, located along the E-22 highway. The initial price is 105 million rubles. This was announced by the RADA.
The lot represents the main production site of the refinery with an area of 5,996 thousand square meters, located at the exit from Kstovo.
Oil refining is a city-forming industry for Kstovo. The enterprises LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez (production of motor oil, lubricating oils and bitumen, catalytic cracking), SIBUR-Kstovo, and RusVinyl operate here.
