Canadian Enghouse Systems has acquired a division of the Chilean telecom operator Sixbell

Canadian Enghouse Systems Limited has completed the acquisition of the Sixbell Telco division from the Chilean telecommunications company Sixbell. This is reported in the Enghouse press release.

The deal aims to ensure the transformation of networks for the benefit of customers and the provision of next-generation services through the expansion of the Enghouse portfolio, Sixbell Telco innovations for OSS/BSS and network transformation. Sixbell Telco offers a complete set of software platforms for network modernization. The portfolio includes solutions for converged charging, intelligent routing, alarm management, and voice interaction with 5G.

The deal concerns only the Sixbell Telecommunications division. The Customer Experience division is not part of the transaction structure and will remain an independent company.

Enghouse Systems Ltd. is a Canadian company developing enterprise software solutions for contact centers, video communications, healthcare, telecommunications, public safety, and the transportation market. The company includes the Interactive Management Group and Asset Management Group segments. The headquarters is located in Markham, Ontario.

Sixbell is a Latin American company developing a wide range of solutions, products, and services for telecommunications companies, financial institutions, retailers, and utilities, as well as customer engagement in Latin America. The headquarters is located in Santiago (Chile).
