Businessman Alexander Klyachin's structures have sold the Domino business center (with an area of 6.9 thousand square meters) on Pyatnitskaya Street in the center of Moscow, three sources in the real estate market told Kommersant.
So, on March 19, the site under the building (0.38 ha) was transferred from LiteraM LLC to Ceres closed-end mutual investment fund under the management of AAA Capital Management JSC.
LiteraM LLC is owned by Cyprus-based DC Jasperus Solutions Limited. The company also owns the structures of KR Properties founded by A.Klyachin — KR Properties JSC, DM Tower LLC and others. AAA Capital Management JSC controls Gazprombank through several legal entities.
