Immediately after the announcement of the creation of PJSC Evraz, the holding began legal actions to consolidate its assets. The first step was the consolidation of several production facilities and their incorporation into EVRAZ NTMK JSC (Evraz Nizhnetagilsky Metallurgical Combine). Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
As a result of the announced reorganization, the three companies will merge into EVRAZ NTMK and cease to exist independently. Evraz Nizhnetagilsky Metallurgical Combine will become a single Evraz company. The largest plant of EVRAZ ZSMK holding JSC (Evraz United West Siberian Metallurgical Combine) will become an integral part of the parent company and will be liquidated.
Two more small enterprises of the holding appear in the announced reorganization - CJSC MNLZ No. 4 (Continuous Casting Machine No. 4) and JSC Plant TBD (Large Diameter Pipe Production Plant), which will also merge into the parent company and cease their activities as a separate legal entity.
The day before, the holding announced plans to create PJSC EVRAZ. Its shares will bring together the value of the group's metallurgical plants, mining and other Russian assets for investors. A widely distributed press release indicated that PJSC EVRAZ would include the West Siberian Metallurgical Combine (which also includes Evrazruda) and the Nizhny Tagil Metallurgical Combine. The Group will unite almost 60 legal entities, which will retain their names and continue operating as subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom.
Shares of PJSC EVRAZ must go through the listing procedure and be traded on the Moscow Stock Exchange in the first half of 2026. The company will be registered in Nizhny Tagil.
