The French investment company Antin Infrastructure Partners is negotiating with the American Infrastructure Investments Fund on the sale of the Idex energy platform. This is reported in a press release from Antin.
The value of the deal is estimated at 3.8 billion euros ($4.4 billion). Idex's revenue in 2025 amounted to 1.9 billion euros. At the same time, the share of renewable energy sources increased from 40% to 65%.
The deal is aimed at attracting financing to accelerate industrial decarbonization projects and is subject to regulatory approval.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Rothschild & Co act as financial advisors to Antin, while UBS and Latham & Watkins serve as advisors to Infrastructure Investments.
