Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
The share with a nominal value of 120 million rubles was acquired from JSC NIITDH (Scientific Research Institute of Transport and Road Management), owned by Mikhail Blinkin, a professor at the Higher School of Economics.
GPB-Infrastructure Construction performs the functions of a technical customer and manages the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure projects within the framework of Gazprombank's strategy. Revenue in 2025 amounted to 154 million rubles. According to the published financial statements, in 2025 the company sold property, claims, other works and services worth over 1.2 billion rubles. As a result, the net profit amounted to 337.5 million rubles.
The Private Research Institute of Transport and Road Management was established in 1991 under the name "Independent Transport Laboratory (TRANSLAB)", in 2003 it was transformed into NP "Scientific Research Institute of Transport and Road Management (NIITDH). In 2023, NIITDH JSC was registered, where M.Blinkin is the sole shareholder. The institute has 2 employees, and revenue for 2025 amounted to 4 million rubles.
