Headhunter's net profit for the second quarter of 2025 increased 1.8 times to 4.18 billion rubles from 2.28 billion rubles a year earlier. The net profit due to the owners of the company increased to 3.53 billion rubles from 1.59 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 3% to 10.15 billion rubles from 9.8 billion rubles a year earlier. This was announced by the company.

Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 6.7% to RUB 5.334 billion. Adjusted net profit decreased by 11.1% to RUB 4 9.09 billion, due to a slowdown in revenue growth.

Personnel costs increased by RUB 522 million (+25.7%) due to an increase in the number of employees and salaries, consolidation of HRlink, and the application of a preferential rate for IT companies of 7.6% for the entire salary base from January 1, 2025 (against a progressive scale from 0% to 7.6% in 2024 year).

Headhunter's net profit for the first half of 2025 increased by 6% to 7.6 billion rubles from 7.176 billion rubles a year earlier. The net profit due to the owners of the company increased to 6.42 billion rubles from 5.1 billion rubles. Revenue increased by 7% to RUB 19.79 billion from RUB 18.45 billion.
