The Rosstroy Construction Corporation has become the new owner of an asset in Tver. This was announced by the RADA.
A pool of 50 apartments was sold on the ETP RAD with an excess of the starting price by 15%. The apartments at 4 Osnabryukskaya Street, building 1, were put up for auction as a single lot on behalf of the Deposit Insurance Agency. All the facilities are located in a panel residential building with 135 apartments, built in 2017 by SU-155. Three auction participants competed for the asset. During the auction, the price rose from 158.6 million to 182.4 million rubles.
Recall that in 2018, the SU-155 was declared bankrupt.
