Ingosstrakh analysts have recorded significant regional differences in sales volumes and pricing policy in the Russian CTP market in January-September 2025. At the same time, the average cost of the policy across the country decreased by 8% year-on-year, reaching 6,082 thousand rubles. This is stated in the company's message.

Moscow, Krasnodar Territory, Moscow, Sverdlovsk and Samara regions demonstrated the maximum sales volumes of CTP policies in 9 months of 2025. At the same time, the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania, the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Ingushetia were among the regions with minimal interest in compulsory insurance.

According to Ingosstrakh, the minimum rates of CTP penetration remain in Ingushetia, Northern Ossetia and Dagestan, as well as in Chechnya and Tuva. At the same time, in 2023-2024, Ingosstrakh notes the growth of issued policies and the expansion of CTP coverage in these regions.

"We attribute the increase in the number of policies purchased to the increased popularity of the electronic registration method. Today, almost 71% of Russians choose a digital policy because of convenience and speed - that's what becomes the decisive factor for most users," said Egor Serebryannikov, director of the Ingosstrakh CTP Domain, quoted in the message.
