Achievement has submitted an application for bidding for the sale of 100% of VG Holding, which owns the luxury shopping center Vremena Goda on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.

The auction itself was declared invalid, but according to its terms, the organizer has the right to conclude an agreement with the sole bidder. He will receive the asset at a starting price of 16 billion rubles.

The main owner of Achievement is Robert Uzilov, partner of Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies. Despite the fact that R.Uzilov is considered an independent businessman, in this transaction he acts in the interests of the group, says a Vedomosti source close to her. A representative of Kievskaya Ploshchad confirmed the purchase of this shopping center.

The Seasons Shopping Center was built in 2007 by businessman Yuri Tyumentsev and developers Patero Development and Marr Capital, the family of former Senator Ralif Safin. In 2008, the facility was resold to Canadian Ivanhoe Cambridge and Austrian Europolis, who paid $500 million for it. Five years later, the asset went to the Romanov Property Holdings Fund. The latter was managed by Gagik Adibekyan's firm and Ruben Vardanyan, the founder of Troika Dialog. Later, the asset was completely transferred to RD Group Adibekyanov. The latter, according to Vedomosti sources, faced financial difficulties in paying off the loan for this facility at the end of 2024. The complex, according to them, was pledged by Sberbank, with a total debt of $200 million. As a result, the "Seasons", apparently, came under the control of the latter.
