LSR Group became the sole owner of the construction site of the residential complex "Shabolovka 35".
PJSC LSR Group has purchased 80% of OOO NW Navis Engineering from JSC TSUGI (City Property Management Center), owned by the Moscow government, becoming the sole owner of the company. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
The deal has not been completed yet, the share is secured by the previous owner.
Navis Engineering, a specialized developer, is the owner of a complex of unfinished buildings of the television center on Shabolovka. He also has the right to lease a land plot where LSR is conducting large-scale construction of a new premium residential complex "Shabolovka-35".
LSR bought 20% of Navis Engineering for the first time in 2023. Then an auction was held to sell a stake in Navis Engineering. LSR was the only bidder and paid 1.3 billion rubles for a share in the project. It was planned that Navis Engineering would change the building parameters of this site, but specific details were not disclosed.
