Earlier it became known that Mega Center Management and Nova Cloud will create a joint venture.
The main activity of Mega Center Management is the construction of shopping malls; purchase and sale, leasing of retail space; trust management of property complexes. As of April 1, 2024, A.G.Overseas PTE.LTD owns 100% of Mega Center Management.
