The Monarch Vostok company, which belongs to the Monarch Concern, became the winner of the auction for the sale of rights to implement an investment project on a 1.36 ha site on the former territory of the Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant, which is currently used by the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. This is reported by Vedomosti.
The seller of the asset is Invest Project JSC, created by the Moscow City Property Department. The lot will be purchased at a starting price of 587.4 million rubles.
Monarch was established in 1994. The company has built more than 170 facilities, including the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre hotel.
