MTS PJSC And the All-Russian Society of the Deaf (VOG) have agreed on a strategic partnership that involves creating an accessible digital environment for people with hearing impairments. The purpose of this partnership is to adapt digital services to this socio-cultural group. MTS and VOG have already successfully implemented a number of joint social initiatives. This is stated in the message of MTS.

MTS, in cooperation with VOG, will continue to adapt digital services for convenient use by deaf and hard of hearing users. This cooperation is a continuation of a number of already implemented inclusive initiatives. Thus, as part of the free "Everyone is Included" AI training course for people with disabilities, the VOG made recommendations on content adaptation, including the introduction of high-quality subtitles and the optimization of sign language translation. This fall, 1,000 people participated in the project, and over 1,850 candidates from 180 cities of the country submitted applications.

MTS has already adapted a number of its digital services for people with hearing impairment. For example, training within the framework of the "Everyone is On" project takes place on the MTS Link platform. Thanks to artificial intelligence technologies, the service automatically converts participants' speech into text in real time, ensuring high recognition accuracy. This helps to eliminate communication barriers and makes business communication and training more accessible. MTS Link was also used to interact with the participants of the round table on the topic "Development of an accessible media environment: hidden subtitles", which was organized with the support of MTS. One of his sections was devoted to the role of AI in voice processing and its conversion into subtitles.

In March, MTS launched the Secretary for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing service, which allows people with hearing impairments to use voice communication without assistance. The solution allows representatives of this inclusive group to establish telephone communication.: It converts your interlocutor's speech into text in real time on an incoming call, and the written responses of a hearing—impaired user into a voice response.

PJSC Mobile TeleSystems (MTS, TIN 7740000076), together with its subsidiaries, serves about 100 million cellular subscribers. The authorized capital of MTS is 199.84 million rubles (1998381575 outstanding ordinary registered shares).

In March 2025, the AK&M Rating Agency confirmed MTS' highest sustainability rating on the national A++ scale. In addition, according to RA AK&M, by the end of 2024, MTS is among the leaders of the fifth ranking of responsibility to society and the fifth ranking of the carbon footprint of the largest Russian companies.

MTS' profit under IFRS for the first half of 2026 increased 9.6 times to 74 billion rubles from 7.69 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 11.8% to 414.73 billion rubles from 370.9 billion rubles, and operating profit increased by 25% to 89.2 billion rubles from 71.26 billion rubles.
