OMK Group has closed the sale of the Blagoveshchensk Rebar Plant (BAZ). This is stated in the OMK message.
Armature Plant LLC became the new owner of the bases. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
OMK Group acquired the base in early 2013 and invested over 2.2 billion rubles in its development over 13 years. The company has updated the machine park of its main production units, improved working conditions for employees, and introduced new types of products. More than 170 million rubles were allocated to support the company's employees.

Rebar Plant LLC is a full—cycle enterprise for the production of pipeline fittings and block-modular equipment. The managing office is located in Ufa, and the main production site is in Blagoveshchensk (Republic of Bashkortostan), with a foundry in Naberezhnye Chelny.
