The specialized developer Centeropolis, which is part of PIK Group of Companies, sold this complex to Oma Real Estate. The deal was closed on February 26, 2026.
Oma was commissioned in July 2025.
Oma Real Estate belongs to the closed-end mutual investment fund (ZPIF) Gorod-invest under the management of Voskhod Management Company. He owns a number of companies (Limanos, Prenter, etc.) that were previously associated with the developer Capital Group.
